A Passion Born from Watching Children Transform

Gail’s journey into early childhood music education began with a simple observation: children who were introduced to music in playful, age-appropriate ways didn’t just learn notes – they blossomed in focus, confidence, and social connection.
After years of classical piano training and teaching older students, Gail discovered her true calling when she began working with toddlers and preschoolers. She noticed that the youngest learners responded not to drills and discipline, but to movement, imagination, and joyful exploration.

One moment stands out: a three-year-old who had barely spoken in group settings began singing along during a music circle. Within weeks, that same child was leading songs and confidently interacting with peers. That transformation – from shy silence to joyful expression – became the foundation of Gail’s teaching philosophy.

Today, Gail leads a team of four dedicated teachers, all trained in working with young children and capable of guiding students from their first rhythm explorations through to Grade 8 piano examinations.
