We attended a trial music class with Teacher Gail, and we were really impressed by how well she could engage our 2-year-old boy (Lester Tay) throughout the lesson! 😊

She was warm, energetic and very patient, and she knew exactly how to capture his attention and keep him interested. The lesson was fun and interactive, with lots of singing, movement and activities that made learning feel like play.

Our little one was able to participate and enjoy himself, which made the whole experience really positive for us as parents. We especially loved how Teacher Gail made the lesson interesting and age-appropriate for a 2-year-old.

Teacher Gail helped my daughter achieve a distinction in her Grade 3 exams despite having to rush for it on short notice. Going into the exams, we were very touched that she very kindly offered time outside of lessons by getting us to send her daily videos of our home practice so that she could comment throughout the week.  The zoom recitals and year end concert were also fantastic, and you can really tell how passionate teacher Gail is in getting children to love music and perform together as a community,  rather than just sit for exams. Ms Gail is an amazing music teacher! She is patient, engaging, and has a wonderful way with young children. I love that she keeps expectations perfectly tailored to their developmental age while providing constant encouragement. I had a really pleasant experience with Ms Gail during our trial class with my 3-year-old son.🥰

She was very warm, patient, and attentive, and I could see that she genuinely cares about the children and their learning journey. She also took the time after class to share thoughtful insights and tips on how to support my child’s attention span and development, which I really appreciated as a parent.

The class environment felt nurturing and well-structured, and it is clear that there is a strong focus on building children’s confidence and love for learning
progressively.

My son started piano lessons when he was 6 with Ms Suri. She has been a very caring and patient teacher and allows him to play pieces that he wants to play and not just from the book. Ms Gail’s studio also hosts fun recitals every quarter which trained my son’s ability and confidence to perform on a public stage but also teaches the students about the different composers. Gail's Piano Studio gives off happy, passionate vibes, even on an early Sunday morning. I went for a trial class, and was amazed by the founder(Gail)'s energy and rapport built with my 2.5yo kid, husband and I.

During the session, she was able to keep my son's attention and incite his passion in singing and rhythm. In the class, she gave him the freedom of creating new phrases for songs.

Overall, I observed a set music curriculum and learning framework for scalability, intentional design of assessment criteria for age appropriate skills.

It was a pity the timeslots were unsuitable for my family. It was a pleasure to attend the class, and the songs/learning stuck through the kid's mind.
